I purchased a Roth Tank from NY Boiler & Air Conditioner Repair and from start to finish was great. Reasonable and flexible payment. Fast response. Convenient and worry free installation process. They even accommodated me with oil supply while I waited for the foundation to cure for the actual tank installation which took 2 days. Shout out to Louie and his team for assisting me and my family with our new oil tank. Highly recommended!👌 as other vendors wasn't as honest and diligent as these people were.
I met with Louie who was quite responsive with my call Louie showed great customer relation skills Louie was assertive and knowledgeable with explaining the situation with my oil boiler, due to wear and tear and age of boiler and buildup of corrosion from water leaks I will be using Louie service in the installment of my new boiler and water heater

We made an appointment with Louie the boiler man regarding our ductless air conditioning unit which did not work anymore. He took time to discuss what the options were and to call the technical support of the LG unit. He was able to finally get through to the technical support and they were able to find the problem.Louie was very thorough and speaking with the tech support and very patient and speaking with the general customer service Representatives. He explained to us all the components and possibilities. We found him to be able to explain it at a level where we could understand it. He was able and everybody to answer questions that we had to our satisfaction. We haven't decided yet about what we are going to do with our system. However, we would recommend Louie the boiler man to anyone.
Louie and his team did an incredible job diagnosing the issue with my tankless hot water heater and replacing with a new unit. He explained the issue and provided options such as refurbishing the unit or replacing, which allowed me to make an informed decision. The new hot water heater required custom piping work which looks great. I will be using NY Boiler and Air Conditioning in the future!
Louie helped me tremendously when I had an issue with water leaking in the boiler room late at night. He walked me through the steps over the phone on how to stop the water leaking and prevented me from having damaged flooring. Once he was able to visit, he educated us on a few things that were helpful and fixed our issue. I couldn’t be anymore happier that he saved us from our basement possibly flooding. He was super professional and relatable and was able to work in a timely manner. Definitely 10/10 recommend people using for all your boiler and heater services!

Were fully courteous and responded to all my questions and concerns with Firm answers of what I need it !I never felt pressure or overwhelming durning the evaluation and repairs ! We noticed a dangerous boiler emergency around 3pm - googled "boiler repair, 11510" & there they were, NY BOILER, with great reviews!I called immediately and explained the situation.. the answering service got him quickly & he responded quickly, and showed up about 7pm that night, thank God! We had no heat or hot water & they worked diligently until it was working & safe enough til the next day, when they showed up with the new necessary parts. They let us know when they were on the way so we could put the dog in a room. They did an excellent job, super friendly & professional, very knowledgeable. . couldn't ask for a better company. I must say when professionalism and affordability are your expectations, this is it!. I called them because I had turned out by two other companies. I guess because the complicity of my project. I needed a boiler replaced along with a water heater, Luis understood my frustrations with the other companies waiting for months, so within hours he came to Sulfolk county and checked all and gave me an estimate right away. since I already had other expenses in my house the best thing about this company is that they offer financing options for your project. within 2 weeks or so Luis already called me to set up an appointment and have my new boiler and the water heater installed. I highly recommend it, estimate are free. Check the pictures how my boiler was set up before and how is it now.
